North Star Real Estate School
North Star Real Estate School is
located in Federal Way and opens its doors to all motivated
individuals who are interested in earning a real
estate salesperson license or
meeting the real estate continuing education required for
license renew . All of our real estate classes meet the
Washington state requirements enforced by the department of
licensing. All our real estate classes our taught in a live lecture,
personal atmosphere by experienced, knowledgeable
instructors who enjoy teaching others. We are currently
offering a few classes but will be offering many more soon!

Real Estate License Training
Washington
Real Estate Fundamentals...................$275.00
(regularly $325.00)Class
Starts: March 1st-March 26th
Details:
Washington Real Estate Fundamentals is
a 60-hour course that must be successfully completed before
a person can sit for the Washington real estate
salesperson's license examination. Fundamentals is a
comprehensive course that is directed at someone with little
or no experience in real estate. About 90% of our
students pass the license exam on their first attempt.
The next class is
starts Monday Feb 1st, 2010 and will be held (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
4:00P.M.-9:30P.M. for four weeks. Tuition includes

Continuing Education
Washington Real Estate
Practices..........................................................$195.00
Class Starts:
March 2nd-March 19th.
Details: This is
a practical course for new agents. It offers guidelines in
areas such as: listing agreements and purchase and sale
agreements; pricing property; qualifying the purchaser;
agency relationships; financing; and other information
pertinent to the new salesperson. All new salespersons are
required by the state to take this course before their first
renewal. While Real Estate Practices is intended for
newer salespeople, it does satisfy the 30-hour elective
requirement for broker's license applicants.
The next class is starts Jan 5th, and will be
held weekday evenings ( Tuesday & Thursdays ) 4:00P.M
-9:30P.M. for 3 weeks. Tuition includes Required textbook.

Mentoring Program to all motivated individual’s seeking a
little extra help to obtain the their Real Estate license and to get a
leg up on becoming successful in Real Estate, once you
have passed the test.

Program Offers:
12, private 1-2 hours
training sessions with our most experienced Real Estate
Professional, Broker, Clifford Butler. During these training
sessions
you will be tested on your real estate knowledge and be
given real life examples of what you are learning. As you
progress through the fundamental course Cliff also teaches
lead generating and customer relation building through
actual field trips!
