This Real Estate preparation package includes the 90 clock hours required to take the Washington Real Estate Broker License Exam (named agent license prior to June 30,2010). About 90% of our students pass the license exam on their first attempt. It includes:

• Washington Real Estate Fundamentals: 60 Clock Hours
  Details:  A comprehensive course that is directed at someone with little or no experience in real estate. Learn all the basics from Agency Law, Contracts and Closing procedures.

• Washington Real Estate Practices: 30 Clock Hours
  Details: It offers guidelines in areas such as: listing agreements and purchase and sale agreements; pricing property; qualifying the purchaser; agency relationships; financing; and other information pertinent to the new salesperson. All new salespersons are required by the state to take this course before their first renewal.

Continuing Education

Washington Real Estate Practices..........................................................$195.00
Class Starts: Oct 31st
Details:  This is a practical course for new agents. It offers guidelines in areas such as: listing agreements and purchase and sale agreements; pricing property; qualifying the purchaser; agency relationships; financing; and other information pertinent to the new salesperson. All new salespersons are required by the state to take this course before their first renewal. While Real Estate Practices is intended for newer salespeople, it does satisfy the 30-hour elective requirement for broker's license applicants.
 The next class is starts Jan 5th, and will be held weekday evenings ( Tuesday & Thursdays ) 4:00P.M -9:30P.M. for 3 weeks. Tuition does not include required textbook. To register call (253) 941-2886
